Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, food products cannot be returned once they have been delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Different from the product you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Replacement or Refund

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, Nutronyx will, at its discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
